Whole Wheat Sourdough Bread

Bread made with sour dough starter.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Starter
3 1/4 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Cup Milk, warm
3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 Tbsp. Active Dry Yeast
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
Dissolve active yeast in warm milk. Place all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a dough hook. Knead at medium speed for 5 minutes. Drizzle dough with a little oil, so that it doesn't dry out and cover. When it has doubled in size (60-90 minutes), punch down and form loaf. Cover an let double in size for a second ferment. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush the loaf with a little milk mixed with agave, if desired and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool a bit before slicing and enjoying!
