Carrot cake, golden milk, apple pie & more.

Base Recipe:
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp. Hemp Hearts
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 Cup Unsweetened Milk
1/2 Banana, mashed
3 Whole Walnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp. Vanilla
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
pinch salt
Carrot Cake:
1/4 Cup Carrot, grated
2 Tbsp. Apple Sauce
1 Tbsp. Raisins
Apple Pie:
2 Tbsp. Apple Sauce
1/4 Cup Apple, small dice
Pumpkin Pie:
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 Tbsp. Apple Sauce
1/8 tsp. Ginger
pinch nutmeg
Almond Joy:
1 Tbsp. Coconut Shred
1 Tbsp. Cacao Nibs or Dark Chocolate
1 Tbsp. Shaved Almonds
PB&J:
2 Tbsp. Nut Butter
2 Tbsp. Nuts
1/4 Cup Fruit, sliced if needed
Golden Milk:
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon (total)
1/4 tsp. Ginger
Pinch Cardamom
Mix ingredients in a pint jar. Lent stand overnight. Enjoy.
